Coordinator

The project is coordinated by the CNRS which is the largest European research operator, and has been responsible for the coordination of many European projects in the current and in previous framework programmes. Its administrative services will take charge of the reception of the project funds from the European Commission and of all of the bureaucratic matters related to the project. Coordination Board (CB)

Composition : large scale infrastructure directors and a user representative. Selection Committee (SelCom)

User Committee (UCom)

Role : collect suggestions, requests or criticism of the users and transmit them to the Coordination Board Composition : in order to represent the interests of the high field user community, four members (all external to the infrastructures) are elected for a period of one year by the user community during the annual User meeting. Council

Role : validate the operation of the consortium during the past 12 months and the program for the next 18 months. In case of disagreement between the Council and the Coordination Board, the Coordinator will decide after consultation of the Community Services. Composition : all contractors with a voting weight according to their financial involvement in the project in order to represent the interests of all beneficiarys in the consortium.
